The project was super fun but also very difficult. I went with my original plan for the most part only changed it by adding in a talking animation of Harry and Ron. But I did the stop motion with the lego figures and then the dueling animation as planned. When editing my video together in Adobe Premiere Pro I learned about all the different transitions and key frames; I struggled but then asked for help and was able to overcome the difficulties of using the new software. I learned a lot about hand drawn animation while doing this project. It definitely takes a lot of time and effort to do so many frames for only a couple seconds. The wand dueling animation definitely was difficult to create multiple dueling angles but I love how it turned out. I had a lot of fun making the talking animation of Ron and Harry as lego heads. I got two friends to do some voices for me for some variation. I feel like the video and animation is a tad serious but also funny at the same time. I love the banter of them fighting over a pastry and then Hermione solving the problem at the end. Next time I would probably figure out how to make the hand drawn animations maybe a little less work since I know more about it then when I started the project. Overall I really enjoyed this project and was happy with how the video came out.
