This article was very interesting to read on glitches since the whole article felt like one big glitch. One of the things I liked most about this article was how the author arranged the words on the page. An Example of this is on page 4 when they talk about noise being a paradox and how the text on the page starts to split down the middle of the sentences. I do like how they were different by trying to keep your attention by adding so many different ways to manipulate the text. I however did not like how they had the words slanted on most pages it made it difficult to read the article and focus on the words. I however understand that they probably did it on purpose it was just personally difficult to read since it was so distracting. The author says, “I manipulate, bend and break any medium towards the point where it becomes something new. This is what I call glitch art.” it is like they're talking about the article as a whole as a work of glitch art. The author says, “Just like Foucault stated that there can be no reason without madness, Gombrich wrote that order does not exist without chaos and Virilio described that there is no technological progression without its inherent accident, I am of the opinion that flow cannot be understood without interruption or functioning without glitching.” it feels like the author has interpreted these two peoples ideas and created their own opinion. That without glitches there would not be huge technological advancements. Overall I found the article very enlightening about glitches and my perspective on technological advances with how they affect change.
